Synopsis: The story centres on Ratna, who is offered a job in Kuala Lumpur. When her mother refuses to let her go, Ratna runs away from home, leaving behind her mother, sister Atilia and best friend Ayu. Five years on, Ratna is working in a hospital's forensic department where she has to deal with the dead. She is haunted by the image of a woman and that of a child. She decides to return to her hometown to escape from her nightmare. However, back there, more weird things begin to happen.
